Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure

Last updated: October 16, 2026

What is here

Nothing that earns this site money. No affiliate links, no sponsored posts, no paid placements and no display ads. Products in our articles are named as plain text or used as worked examples, and no vendor has paid for a mention, a ranking or a verdict.

Example numbers

The calculator and some articles use example prices and wattages. They are labelled as examples, they are not a quote from any seller, and you should replace them with the figures on your own bill and your own product label.

If this changes

If we ever add affiliate links or ads, this page will be rewritten before the first one goes live, and any article carrying a product link will say so at the top.
